If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or provide a refund.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order is final.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

5. Custom Orders

For made-to-order or custom-sized sheets, please ensure all measurements provided are accurate.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help!

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within New Zealand and may offer international shipping on request. Postal prices will differ and will be at the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping times are estimates only. Delays due to weather, postal services, or supply issues are outside our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
