We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or replacements for change of mind or sizing issues. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our bedding is used in sleep environments and made to order in many cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer returns or refunds:

  • For change of mind
  • For incorrect size selection
  • If the item has been washed, used, or removed from original packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item is faulty or damaged on arrival
  • We made an error in your order (e.g. wrong size sent)
  • The item does not match the description or quality promised

If you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description and photos of the issue.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom-made to suit specific caravan mattress sizes.

  • Please ensure measurements are accurate when ordering - Measure more than once!!
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a fault with the item.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your item is faulty, email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refunds for Online Orders (Stripe Payments)

If you paid via credit/debit card on our website:

  • We use Stripe to securely process payments.
  • If your refund is approved, we will issue it via Stripe to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Stripe will notify us (and you) once the refund is processed. You will receive confirmation via email.

Bank Transfers

If you paid via bank transfer, we may need your bank account name and number for your refund as we do not store direct payment details.
