We ship our custom-made caravan bedding from New Zealand to customers nationwide and internationally (if agreed prior). Please read below for details on pricing, timeframes, and responsibilities.

Shipping Within New Zealand

Flat rate: $7.50 NZD for all orders nationwide
Orders are shipped via trusted courier services with tracking
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is dispatched
Delivery times typically range from 5-10 working days, depending on location

International Shipping

We welcome orders from outside New Zealand. However:

International shipping rates will vary based on your country and package weight
These rates are calculated after you place your order or upon request
All international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive your order, we will contact you with a shipping quote and payment instructions for international delivery.

Packaging and Handling

All orders are securely packaged for protection during transit
Custom and made-to-order products may take additional time before dispatch — we will notify you of tjmeframes and/or any delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or extreme weather

Large orders may incur additional postage costs
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees may apply
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility
